Since the updates to the Equality Act 2010, there is now more expected of employers in preventing Workplace Sexual Harassment.
Squash (Rachel Crowther) run interactive training workshops that go further than a tick-box exercise but start meaningful conversations on how to create the kind of safe, inclusive culture where employees are respected and valued.
We use recorded, real-world scenarios, performed by professional actors, so employees can understand what constitutes sexual harassment and recognise the language and behaviours that perpetuate sexual harassment. We equip participants with practical steps they can take to respond, if they witness or experience sexual harassment, and how to go about reporting such incidents.
We are offering a 25% discount on our Sexual Harassment Workshop for The Holt members.
