I'm a clinical sexologist, certified sex coach and yoga teacher — and I work with women who've quietly lost touch with desire, confidence or their own pleasure, often after years of putting everyone else first.
Twenty-plus years in this work, teaching yoga since 2015, and a sideline in burlesque that taught me more about confidence than any qualification did. My approach is warm, evidence-based and a bit irreverent. People generally arrive braced for something awkward and leave wondering why nobody talks about this properly.

The conversation nobody's having. Why desire goes quiet in long relationships, what's actually happening physiologically and emotionally, and why "we're just busy" is rarely the whole story. Pleasure isn't frivolous. The evidence on why pleasure, rest and play matter for wellbeing, focus and burnout — and why women are the last to be given permission for any of it. Taking up space on purpose. What burlesque taught me about confidence that no qualification did. Presence, attention, and being looked at without shrinking. Talking about sex without dying of embarrassment. A practical session on language, consent and asking for what you want — useful for couples, and unexpectedly useful for anyone who negotiates for a living. Happy to tailor. I speak to women's groups, wellbeing events, workplace wellbeing programmes and business audiences — and I'm comfortable pitching it anywhere from gently curious to properly bold, depending on the room.
