Having used Zoom well before the pandemic in my VA business, when all my clients wanted to get online, I was there to support with the tech, which then led to learning how to engage and run online events in much more depth. So, I niched down and set up The Zoom Genie Ltd.  I have developed and grown over the years the same as Zoom has, and there isn’t much I don’t know about the back end or the tech side of Zoom.  I have tech hosted thousands of Webinars, 3 day events and training sessions using Zoom and developed my skills in being able to help or train businesses on setting up and using the Zoom Events and Zoom Webinar Plus platform.
