I started The Pocket Strategist in March 2022, as a single Mum, recovering from burn out. And 4 years later, I have worked with over 200 small business owners to help them build strong businesses that give them a great life.

And before that? I spent over twenty years working inside some of the UK's best-known organisations... LV=, Debenhams, Screwfix, Wrigley's, Clarks. Across sales, operations, HR and leadership. I've seen businesses from every angle and every level. I know how they work, where they break, and what actually makes an aimpact.

I also know people with a BSc in Psychology, certified in NLP, and a certified Director of Operations and Business Manager.

Oh and personally, I'm a coffee snob and addicated to playing pickleball!
