🚫 I’m Not Another Wellbeing Facilitator.
And I definitely don’t deliver death-by-Power Point sessions I just can’t and I also don’t do tick box wellebing, I care too much about people.
I specialise in supporting working Sandwich Generation. These are the people who are juggling full time work, their own kids and caring for elderly parents or grandparents with dementia or other disabilities.
Over the past five years, I've been working with Carers First where I deliver ongoing wellbeing workshops that help carers build resilience, manage stress, and prevent burnout. I bring that expertise into organisations to support employees balancing demanding careers with caring responsibilities.
🚀 My Background
After 11 years as a Health & Wellbeing Specialist at Network Rail, balancing high-pressure environments and real operational demands, I took the leap to build a business that goes beyond tick-box wellbeing.
I'm Silvia, and five years ago, I was a working carer myself.
I know what it feels like to juggle work, family and caring responsibilities while trying to keep everything together.
I was raised by my grandparents I was in their kinship care and I believe that experience shaped the person I am today. It taught me the importance of caring for others, compassion, connection and being there for the people we love.
It also gave me a deep understanding of the emotional side of caring, and of how challenging it can be to balance caring for others while trying not to lose yourself in the process.
Today, I bring both my personal experience and my professional expertise to support people who are juggling a lot, helping them feel less overwhelmed, more emotionally resourced and more like themselves again.
I help organisations support their working sandwich carers with practical, trauma-informed strategies that reduce overwhelm, regulate the nervous system and help employees continue caring without sacrificing their wellbeing or their careers.
The result?
✔ Better employee wellbeing
✔ Improved retention
✔ Reduced stress-related sickness absence
✔ More engaged, resilient employees
Because when you support the people caring for everyone else, you're also protecting one of your organisation's greatest assets your people.
