I have worked in start ups where they have had huge overheads and I have got them to profit in 6 months, I have helped clients define their sales processes and pipelines to make sure all opportunities are maximised, I have led and trained sales teams in the UK, India and South Africa

I became a Sales Geek as I knew I wanted to work with supporting businesses and their growth as had previously run a sales consultancy business, I also feel that founders have great products and services and can do amazing things but they get the ick when it comes to sales - I want to show them that sales isn't icky it's just finding your voice and making everything seamless, everything I saw about Sales Geek shared the same philosophy as me in terms of their mission and values - that's why I wanted to be come a geek!

I am an Essex girl through and through - born and raised in West Essex at the end of the Central Line and now living in Southend for 14 years with my partner and our 2 boys (although 1 is currently travelling in Australia but I like to think he'll come home at some point!) and our baby girl - the dog! I love exercise, cooking and food (hence why I love exercise!) and I'm a complete bookworm - but it has to be a book - not a kindle, not an audible - real paper, real books
