Founded by Ian Maxted, Printology brings more than 40 years of experience across commercial print, magazine publishing, packaging and production. Having worked with some of the UK's largest printers and publishers, Ian understands the realities of manufacturing, supplier capabilities, logistics, pricing and production in a way that few people in the industry do.
Our role is simple: to remove complexity.
We help clients identify the right production solution for each project, source the most appropriate suppliers, negotiate competitive pricing and oversee delivery from concept through to completion. Whether it's a single publication or an ongoing production programme, our focus is always the same: delivering the right outcome, not simply the lowest quote.
Because we're independent, every recommendation is made in our clients' best interests. We aren't tied to any printer or manufacturer, allowing us to choose the supplier that is genuinely the best fit for the project, budget and objectives.
Many organisations don't need a full-time production director, but they do need access to senior production expertise when the stakes are high. Printology provides that expertise without the overhead of building an in-house team.
