Before North Point Academy (NPA), I spent years as cabin crew with Emirates, based in Dubai. That job took me across cultures constantly, and it taught me things about people, difference, and what actually helps someone grow that no coaching course ever did. I also got married and had my daughter while living in Dubai.

I founded North Point Academy (NPA) in Dubai in 2012, with my business partner Matt Trenchard. After starting up in the UAE, NPA now has bases in both the UAE and the UK.

We believe the deepest need in coaching, and in leadership, isn't necessarily in the technique. It's maturity. So our programmes are built on disciplined practice, honest feedback, and real coaching contexts, not information-heavy courses. We've trained more than 200 coaches internationally.

That doesn't stop once you're qualified. We also offer coaching supervision and ongoing professional development, so experienced coaches have somewhere to keep sharpening their craft and stay accountable to their own growth.

Certificate in Professional Coaching (CPC): our flagship Level 1 ICF-accredited coach training programme, developing confident, certified coaches through six modules over a minimum of six months.

Certificate in Intercultural Coaching (CIC): for coaches wanting to work across cultures and complexity, developed with KnowledgeWorkx in Dubai and also ICF-accredited.
