I’m Toby Mildon, and I founded Mildon in 2019. Before that I spent 16 years in corporate life: IT consulting at Accenture, hospital software at Cerner, then technology and diversity roles at the BBC and Deloitte.

Today Mildon is a small, focused consultancy. We work with senior HR and people leaders across the UK to build workplaces where everybody thrives. We treat inclusion as a driver of business growth, rather than a side project for HR.

I’ve lived this stuff. I’ve been a wheelchair user all my life, and I chair the Manchester Disability Collaborative. I’ve written two books, Inclusive Growth and Building Inclusivity, host the Confident Inclusion podcast, and we’ve worked with more than 100 clients.
