Hello! I'm Sarah, an EMCC-accredited coach, certified ADHD/AuDHD coach, neuroaffirmative supervisor and neuroinclusion consultant, and a late-diagnosed AuDHDer.

I spent over a decade as a management consultant before my own diagnosis in 2023 sent me off in a new direction. I founded Kernel to help neurodivergent people thrive, whether that's through 1:1 coaching or by changing the working environments they exist in.

I know how it feels to go through life feeling weird, or behind, or out of step. I've been told I'm 'too loud', 'too much' and 'too sensitive', and I've done the corporate thing too, so I know what a working life with neurodivergence really looks like. That lived experience sits alongside specialist training with ADHD Works, the Coaches Training Institute and the Academy of Executive Coaching, and I was a finalist for ADHD Coach of the Year at the National Coaching Awards.
