My customers usually know what they want to see or do. They just don’t want to spend their evenings comparing routes, cabin grades, flight times and optional extras. They want one person who can say, “This one,” and explain why.

I spent almost 25 years living and working in Mallorca, including yacht charter. I still prefer being on the boat to looking at it from a hotel balcony.
