I set up my company in 2012, but the story behind it began long before that.

I’d already spent many years working in Training, Education & Learning & Development, and I’d seen first-hand the difference that great leadership, great coaching and genuinely investing in people could make.

When I started Grow, my children were just 1 and 4 years old. I wanted to create a business that allowed me to continue doing the work I loved and make a real difference to people and organisations, while also creating a life and career on my own terms.

More than 14 years later, that belief is still at the heart of what we do! I've grown my own team and we work with leaders, managers, aspiring and professional coaches, and organisations who want to create meaningful, lasting change.

We develop leaders, train and qualify coaches, provide executive coaching, and help coaches build successful businesses of their own.

And the reason I still love what I do?

Because I genuinely believe in the effect of great coaching and leadership. Develop one great coach or leader and the impact rarely stops with them. It influences their conversations, their teams, their organisations and the people around them.
