About

It started as 2 emails on a Sunday night. It turned into 2 hours.

If that sounds familiar, the business has outgrown how it's run. That's fixable.

I'm Lloyd. I've spent nearly 20 years in everything from growing businesses to large global corporates, through growth, buyouts and restructures, right up to board level. Now I help owners go from essential to optional, with their team, never done to them.

Everything starts with one question: what's your duvet flip? Why do you run a business? Who are you doing it all for? Once we know where you actually want to be, the rest is noise.

Curious. Critical thinker. Thought partner. I like a laugh and I'll still get it done. You'll also meet Flip, my slightly frazzled goose, who's on his own journey from essential to optional.

Services

I fix how growing businesses run, so they can keep growing without everything landing on one or two people.

๐Ÿน The Once Over. A half day look at what's really slowing you down.

๐Ÿน The Deep Look. Three days inside the business using my 5 C's: Clarity, Capacity, Capability, Communication and Culture.

๐Ÿน Ongoing support. Monthly days to build the structure, roles and rhythm you're missing, then embed it with your team.

๐Ÿน Workshops. Six hour sessions for teams of up to 50.

Diagnose, Build, Embed, Hand Back. The job's done when you don't need me.

We start with one question.
Whatโ€™s your duvet flip? ๐Ÿน

Speaks about

๐Ÿน What's your duvet flip? Why the first question to ask about your business isn't about the business. Getting clear on your why so you can tell what matters from what's noise. ๐Ÿน Essential to optional. How to stop everything going through you, so the business can grow without you holding it all up. ๐Ÿน Leaving corporate, starting from scratch. The honest bits and the good bits of going from nearly 20 years in big business to first time founder.
