I'm Vernini. For 25 years I worked in IT for big financial services organisations, including Aon, Legal & General and RSA. I looked after the service desk and end user computing: the teams and systems that keep thousands of people's laptops, email and everyday tools working. When something wasn't working, I was the person they called to find out why and fix it for good.

I'm ITIL Expert qualified, which means I'm trained in how to make technology, processes and people work smoothly together. I'm also a qualified Master Coach, so I don't just know the tech. I know how to explain it calmly, at your pace, without making you feel silly for asking.

Training: Patient, jargon-free sessions and workshops on tools like ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot. Learn what AI can do for your business, how to use it well, and how to keep your information safe. Questions very welcome.

Implementation: When you're ready, I help you set AI up properly in your business. That includes "agentic" AI, which goes beyond answering questions. It can carry out tasks for you by following steps you agree, with you checking the important bits. For example:

- A simple setup that turns your ideas and notes into plans
- Safe settings and a clear AI policy, so you stay in control
